Delete your videos or request data deletion

Delete one video or task

Open My Videos, select a finished or failed task, and choose Delete. The video is hidden from your library immediately and we attempt to remove its stored files. A task that is still processing or has an uncertain submission status cannot be deleted from the library. Contact us so we can check the task.

Request deletion of account data

Email support@fergiebabyai.org from the address associated with your account. Say that you want to delete your account data and include any task or order IDs that will help us locate it. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Some minimal order, credit, or security records may need to be retained to resolve payments, prevent misuse, or meet recordkeeping obligations. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to your request.

Remove a photo saved in your browser

A photo selected for generation may be saved in your browser so it can be restored after sign-in or checkout. Remove it in the generator or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the local draft.

Automatic file cleanup and provider copies

Completed videos are available for up to 7 days. Source photos and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. A deletion from Fergie Baby AI removes our local copy but cannot confirm or guarantee deletion by a third-party service that processed the request.
