Terms of service
Use Fergie Baby AI lawfully, with permission to use the photo and other material you submit.
The service
Fergie Baby AI is an independent creator tool. It uses one submitted photo and a fixed motion reference to make a 15-second, 720p, 9:16 video. The reference footage shown on this site is a reference, not a personalized result.
Fergie Baby AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fergie Baby or any social platform. Generation and checkout may be unavailable until their configuration is ready; the site will say when a feature is closed.
Eligibility and permission
You must be an adult and have the right or permission to submit each photo and other material. Do not upload photos of minors or use another person’s likeness without permission. You are responsible for the material you submit and for how you use or share the result.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to impersonate or mislead people, create deceptive endorsements, harass or defame someone, create non-consensual intimate content, infringe rights, commit fraud, or create unlawful content. Do not upload public-figure likenesses or copyrighted fictional characters.
AI results
Generated appearance, movement, clothing, and details can vary. A reference clip does not guarantee that your result will look or move exactly like it. Review the complete file before sharing it and disclose that it is AI-generated when required by law or the platform where you post it.
Credits and payments
When purchases are enabled, credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. The price and generation credit cost are shown before you confirm a purchase or generation. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.
Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and settled only after the completed video is stored. A confirmed failure returns the reserved credits. If a submission status is uncertain, we reconcile it before starting another generation or returning credits. See the Refund Policy for purchase questions.
Storage and account requests
Completed videos are available for up to 7 days, and source photos and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. You can delete an individual task from My Videos. To request account-data deletion, contact us using the Delete my data page.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when this page was last updated. If you have a question about a task, purchase, safety issue, or rights concern, contact us with the relevant task or order ID and do not include passwords or payment credentials.
